We believe every client we work with has extraordinary strengths and wisdom within them. But we understand the complexities of life can create mental health challenges — making it hard to see your inherent gifts.
We meet you exactly where you are. We develop an understanding of the challenges you’re facing and how they’re manifesting in your life. Helping you gain awareness is a critical first step. Working quickly and collaboratively, we help you witness your thoughts so you don’t get swept away in them.
We help you cultivate self-compassion as you do the work of honest, self-inquiry to see where your decisions — and your life — are impacted by those thoughts.
As you begin to change your relationship with adversity, you find yourself able to move through difficult experiences with courage. When you become willing to face adversity rather than avoid it, your full potential begins to emerge.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Maryland with a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. I have spent the last 20 years working with adults and adolescents through my private practice.
I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges and provide individual, couples, and family therapy.
Myself and my in-house team of talented clinicians work with a network of prescribers and other treatment professionals to address the unmet needs of our clients while maintaining a continuum of care in each individual's treatment plan.
To better serve that mission I have expanded my practice around the core values of collaboration and continuity.
And if you need additional support in between therapy appointments, we have built our practice as a concierge service to meet these needs. We make ourselves available to you for brief contact in between appointments. It’s important to us that you feel supported every step of the way.
Our office is located in Bel Air, Maryland, a short distance from Baltimore. I am accepting new clients and am offering both in-person and virtual appointments. While I don’t take insurance, I provide everything you need for out-of-network reimbursement and am happy to help you with the process.

Chris’ daily interactions with children and young adults enhanced her ability to understand the importance of developing social interactions and relationship skills in a real-world setting. Gina’s journey with addiction began within her own family when she was just nine years old. Growing up amidst the struggles of alcoholism and addiction, she witnessed firsthand the impact it had on loved ones. Yet, it wasn’t until much later that she truly found her purpose and passion for recovery.
Gina spent six transformative years working in inpatient treatment where she discovered her calling. The first three years of her career were dedicated to working on an adolescent unit where she created a camp like experience for young minds in recovery. It was there that she also initiated an alumni program exclusively for adolescent clients fostering a lasting sense of community and support.
Gina then transitioned to working with adults on the inpatient unit and in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). During this time she became committed to developing a recovery program that prioritized honesty, behavioral change, and navigating relapses without shame or guilt. Following her time in IOP, Gina moved to private practice in Annapolis helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of addiction. It was during this time that Janet and Gina began their collaboration working with clients with dual diagnoses.
Gina’s mission is to create a space where clients can shed the shame associated with addiction, embrace honesty, and take meaningful steps toward lasting recovery.
With 15 years of dedicated experience in substance abuse disorder treatment, Gina has a robust background in both inpatient and outpatient care. Having spent 6 years in inpatient settings—in both adolescent and adult units—she bring comprehensive expertise in managing diverse patient needs.
