Scheduling of an appointment sets aside time especially for you, so a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. A $70 fee will be charged for sessions canceled with less than 24 hours of notice. We may be able to meet virtually if you’re unable to attend your in-person session. Just ask!
We are not in-network with any insurance companies, but we do accept PPO insurance as out of network providers. If you have a PPO, we can provide Superbills (a list of all visits and codes required by insurance companies) for you to submit to your insurance for direct reimbursement. We're happy to help with the process.
We recommend asking your insurance provider about getting reimbursed. Please also keep in mind that you will still be responsible for full payment at the time of service.
We accept cash, check, HSA cards, and credit cards. Full payment is due at the time of service.
We're committed to making sure you're partnering with a therapy provider with whom you can do meaningful work. Please reach out and we'll be happy to chat with you about which team member would be a good fit for your personality and needs.
Out of respect for other scheduled sessions, late arrivals will not receive an extension of time beyond their scheduled appointments and the full session fee will be charged.
